Komatsu PC240 is a popular used 24-ton excavator in good condition, suitable for large earthwork, quarry operations and heavy infrastructure projects. As a heavy mid-size machine, it combines high power with a large bucket, steadily handling heavy digging, truck loading and rock work.

 

Main Features

Heavy Mid-Size Workhorse: At 24 tons it sits between the PC220 and PC270, with a heavier body and reinforced undercarriage that deliver outstanding stability under heavy digging and lifting.

High Breakout Force: Powered by the original Komatsu turbo engine of about 140 kW, it delivers strong arm and bucket digging force that bites efficiently into hard soil and fractured rock.

High-Capacity Production: With a generous bucket of around 1.2 m³ and fast hydraulic cycles, it moves more material per shift than smaller mid-size machines, cutting the cost per cubic meter on large earthwork. This well-maintained machine has no oil leakage and is ready to work on site.
